The app and its license

The iOS and iPadOS app is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page provides additional information about B-90’s features, purchases, and third-party services. It does not replace that agreement or limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Free creation and paid export

B-90 lets you try sampling, beat making, effects, and local session saving for free. Audio export requires a one-time in-app purchase. There are no free audio exports. The planned US launch price for the export unlock is $9.99; the price shown by Apple before you confirm a purchase is the applicable price for your region.

Apple manages billing, purchase restoration, and refund requests under its policies. Restore purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. There is no recurring B-90 subscription for this unlock.

Your samples and your music

You retain the rights you already have in your original recordings and compositions. Using B-90 does not transfer ownership of your music to us. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to import, sample, modify, distribute, or otherwise use audio. Exporting a file does not grant rights to someone else’s samples, music, or voice.

Connected services and sound libraries

Optional services such as Splice and MusicAPI require their own accounts or credentials and are governed by their own terms, licenses, and charges. They are independent of B-90. Their availability, catalogs, pricing, and functionality may change. Check the license attached to every downloaded or generated sound before distributing your work. B-90 does not promise that all third-party audio is cleared for every use.

Keep a copy of your work

Sessions and sounds are stored on your device. Keep backups of work that matters to you. Deleting app data or removing the app can remove locally stored work. B-90 does not provide a cloud backup service.
