B-90 is developed by Bo Jacobson. This policy describes the B-90 iPhone and iPad app and this website. Questions or requests can be sent to support@b90.com.
Your music stays under your control
Your sessions, recordings, imported sounds, saved banks, and preferences are stored locally on your device. B-90 does not automatically upload your recordings or projects to a B-90 server. Your device’s backup and sharing services may process this data according to your settings. Exporting or sharing sends the files only through the destination you choose.
Microphone and files
The app requests microphone permission when you record audio. It accesses files you choose to import. You can change microphone permission in iOS Settings. Recordings are saved locally unless you choose to share them.
Optional sound services
You can choose to connect third-party services. Splice handles its authorization flow; the app uses authorization tokens to search and download sounds on your behalf. MusicAPI receives your API key, generation description, and related generation requests when you use that feature. These providers process requests and account information under their own policies and terms, and may charge credits or fees. B-90 does not receive your Splice password.
API keys and authorization tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain. Disconnecting a service removes its saved credentials from the app; it does not delete your account with that provider. When you browse or download an online sound library, its host receives the network information needed to serve the request, such as your IP address.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. B-90 uses Apple’s verified transaction information to determine whether export is unlocked and to restore purchases. B-90 does not receive your payment card details. Apple processes purchase information under its own privacy policy.
Analytics and this website
B-90 does not include advertising trackers or third-party behavioral analytics. This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical request information, including IP addresses and security logs, to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Support and your choices
If you email support, your email address and the information you send are used to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid including API keys or private recordings unless needed. Support correspondence is kept only as long as needed for support and legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations.
You can delete sessions and sounds in the app, disconnect optional services, revoke permissions, or remove the app and its local data. Copies in device backups or files you exported must be managed separately. For access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information you have sent us, contact the email above. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to processing or complain to a data protection authority.
Children and updates
B-90 is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information. We may update this policy as the app changes; the date above identifies the latest version.
